The principal role of the Senior Marketing Specialist is to effectively develop, manage, and responsibly implement marketing campaigns to support Alacrity Services and its Direct Repair Program. This individual will be responsible for identifying and driving new tactics and outreach efforts to grow overall awareness of Alacrity Services, while generating leads to achieve/exceed growth goals.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will possess a keen and intimate understanding of Alacrity Services’ customers, develop a content and messaging strategy aligned against the buyer’s lifecycle, distribute information across appropriate channels (print and digital), identify/recommend strategic ideas based off of data and consumer insight, and guide the program towards success. This individual will also be responsible for the general management of the Alacrity Services website, ensuring that the day-to-day user experience, overall functionality and strategic roadmap are aligned with the growth goals of the organization. As a direct support role to the Alacrity Services team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will help to identify ways to deliver efficiencies in all communication and customer outreach efforts. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and works closely with all levels in the organization, effectively ensuring that projects and campaigns are successfully managed from conception to completion.
