Senior Marketing Specialist

The principal role of the Senior Marketing Specialist is to effectively develop, manage, and responsibly implement marketing campaigns to support Alacrity Services and its Direct Repair Program. This individual will be responsible for identifying and driving new tactics and outreach efforts to grow overall awareness of Alacrity Services, while generating leads to achieve/exceed growth goals.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will possess a keen and intimate understanding of Alacrity Services’ customers, develop a content and messaging strategy aligned against the buyer’s lifecycle, distribute information across appropriate channels (print and digital), identify/recommend strategic ideas based off of data and consumer insight, and guide the program towards success. This individual will also be responsible for the general management of the Alacrity Services website, ensuring that the day-to-day user experience, overall functionality and strategic roadmap are aligned with the growth goals of the organization. As a direct support role to the Alacrity Services team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will help to identify ways to deliver efficiencies in all communication and customer outreach efforts. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and works closely with all levels in the organization, effectively ensuring that projects and campaigns are successfully managed from conception to completion.

Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:

Marketing Strategy Management and Execution

  • Manage daily execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital, email, social, and print, to effectively and efficiently drive traffic and sales growth for the Direct Repair program.
  • Oversee and manage the Alacrity Services website ( to ensure that the functionality, user experience, and strategic roadmap are aligned with achieving program growth and sales goals, as well as digital best practices. Work closely with the corporate IT team to properly manage backend functionality.
  • Provide dedicated support to sales and account management teams to help with potential and current partnerships, vendors, and any other affiliations that help to promote Alacrity Services at both the local and national level.
  •  Possess a solid understanding of weekly/monthly sales data to inform campaigns and adjust accordingly in order to maintain strong sales growth opportunities. 
  • Actively engage and continue to build strategic relations with key stakeholders at Lowe’s corporate, ensuring that joint marketing activities are designed to optimize growth and promotion of Alacrity Services in as many ways as possible.
  • Assist in development of social media strategy and content calendar to increase engagement, followers, and overall awareness of Alacrity Services across all appropriate social channels.
  • Serve as an active and engaged brand steward. Manage all visuals, copy, print and digital assets to ensure that they accurately represent the Alacrity Services and Lowe’s brands.

Agency Management

  • Effectively manage agency partners to develop strategic campaigns, ensuring they are on brand, on budget, and delivered under aggressive timelines.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to agency partners on Alacrity Services and the industry as a whole, ensuring that they are properly given the right information to achieve/exceed expectations and goals.
  • Responsibly manage invoices, SOWs, and contracts to ensure cross-functional review by all internal stakeholders, including but not limited to marketing leadership, executive team, and legal. Maintain close management of all agency work to ensure the work is aligned with the given budget.

Measurement and Analytics

  • Identify, develop, and manage proper tracking and analytics for all marketing campaigns, digital properties, and marketing tactics to yield insight, develop a benchmark for future activities, and determine ROI.
  • Interpret and utilize sales, consumer research and insight data, and overall industry information to identify opportunities/trends that will inform actionable recommendations integrated into promotional and outreach plans.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of marketing (both in a B2B and B2C setting) experience required.
  • High aptitude for marketing and ability to think creatively to drive unique and thoughtful solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results, including balancing a data-driven marketing approach with an exceptional client experience.
  • Passionate and eager to help move the company forward in meeting/exceeding growth goals.
  • Celebrates successes and supports team members.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (experience in AP style writing is strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Energetic, personable self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team across all levels within the organization.
  • Constant learner with a keen understanding of staying on top of disruptive marketing trends.
